Since the UIT comes "un-cased", I've used an old film roll container as housing. The transparent ones have the advantage that you can see the led responses...

Idea was to use phone surface outlet, which fits quite good and have soft enough plastic to remove some internals only with paper-cutter.
Cat5 ethernet outlets may also be used, as I think, but requires more cutter work. Phone outlets may also have differences.

That's a good fit. Any idea what company made the box, or where it is sold?

Ordinary chinese no-name, I think. Not any word on it.
This type of outlets is in wide use in Russia, so it can be found in any local electrical store or market. Not sure about other countries.
Every store has a slightly different models with different sizes, so there is need to some luck and imagination for a good fit :)
