Title: getting incorrect board settings...

When I try to upload the attached gerber file with the settings:

4 layers
size = 97.5mm x 206.2mm
1 oz copper
enig coating
1.6 thickness

I get the screen 'incorrect board settings'

Any idea whats wrong?
