Title: OLS linux: incorrect flash or flash not found

Plugged in the OLS  and got an error running the recommended client  After much browsing in this forum, I managed to get the latest OLS software (ols-0308) and got to the point of running the pump_loader.pl and get a response.

Incorrect flash, or flash not found!
From what I've read, this means that the flash is dead?
I bought the OLS some years ago (shortly after it was released I think) but it wasn't used at the time and has sat in a parts drawer.
Remembered I had it so dug it out tonight to give it a try. If it is the flash, then I can probably source it locally but before I do, are there any other steps I can try ?

One other thing I notices is that the USB ID is 04d8:000a. In the section that deals with creating a UDEV rule, it uses the ID 04d8:fc90. IS this related to the problem I'm having?
