Title: Internal Edge Cuts (Cut Outs)

I'm working on a panel with multiple designs (I've heard they're pretty accepting with those here) and have a cut-out in two of the designs. Right now I have a note about it being a cutout in the Eco layer, and have that layer saved as  *-INTERNAL-CUTS.gml. Will this be sufficient to let the board house know those small sections are to be cut out, or is there something else I'm missing?

Use same layer as EdgeCuts
