I have sent a ticket about some order questions since i want to order a large amount of boards but i never received a reply ( close to one month ). Can i pm someone about the questions/problems ?

Ticket via an existing order or the contact form? We generally don't have the resources to answer questions except for existing orderss, and don't provide any preorder support except via the forum. If this is an existing order please open a new ticket and I'll be sure someone handles it.
