Title: Min BGA size

In the capabilities specified, it is said that the Min BGA size is:

Oblong:10*13.5mil/circle:12mil

Does this mean that I can't do oblong via 10*13.5mil? Like what I draw on the attached JPEG

I don't get it, am I the only one that seems to have some interest about the minimum VIA size for BGA? I just need the clarification on that specs which is given in the "About" section.

The specified BGA size refers to pads (without via). The minimum finished hole diameter is 12mil, I guess that the minimum size for a oblong via is 6+12+6 x 12 = 24x12mil.
