please excuse my first post being one of the annoying kind.
Also I know that posts about specific orders shouldn't be in the forum, but the support function doesn't seem to work or I'm being ignored.
I've placed an order by 8th of September using the new site (as I've already done in the past - successfully), standard times, shipping via DHL.
On September the 13th I got the message "Shipped".
Until now there is no tracking, nothing has arrived here.
Posted a support ticket 3 days after shipping, pushed it 10 days later but still no response.
It wouldn't be a problem for me if Ian or someone else tells me it was not correctly shipped.
But I've been very cautious but since there is no response for 3 weeks I'm getting a bit pissed off.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

yeah I've had the same thing - normally I get a 'trackable' notice but nothing this time.
Although I haven't waited nearly as long as you did, I have opened a support ticket.
Sometimes these things happen :)

So I tried to find the ticket that this customer having problems with but we couldn't find it without an order number and all the support tickets have been attended to already so I assume that the problem got taken care of.
