Hello,
A few questions regarding the 4 layer PCB:
1) Are blind or buried vias allowed?
2) What are your preferred gerber layer names for the internal layers? The individual drill files if blind/buried vias are allowed? All layers are positive?
3) Data on the 4 layer dielectric? For example, oshpark uses FR408 from Isola and links a datasheet. Does your 4 layer house use that exact same material from the manufacturer? You can tell I am doing this for RF/microwave :) (up to 12GHz actually)
I'm more inclined towards Dirty because 1) no yucky purple color and 2) hopefully blind/buried vias are supported.
Thank you
Sorry, no blind or buried vias.
The names and stackup can be found here:

3. The 4 layer house is ISO certified (or trying...) and they should have that data. Will see if we can get it.
Bump. The 4 layer details are still mysterious (filenames and positive/negative), also "FR4" isn't really a description of the material (oshpark's FR408 is different from FR4-STD in Saturn PCB calculator, etc). I need to route out DDR3 for a SoC, and trying to impedance match to 50 as close as possible.
