Hi, it is my first time using Dirty - Fulfilment and shipping: http://http://dangerousprototypes.com/store/fulfillment.
I ordered f&s service test batch of ±10 pcs PCB 10x10 cm DirtyPCB and I can hopefully send individual pcs to customers worldwide. Of course I sent 1. piece to myself using DHL.
Anybody any experience with this service?
Description of the service provides some information, I still have some questions:
- shipping cost between PCB Fab house and Fulfilment site should be lower? or same as shipping worldwide
- who manages adding of stock in my case (add ±10) ? Decreasing is probably done through orders.

There is currently no path from the order form to the office. This is because of Chinese VAT and currency control regulations. There's no model to pay for something with foreign currency and keep it in China, so it has to export to our Hong Kong office and then be re-imported to China. OR, in most cases so far we ship our friends' (Sjaak, Pax Instruments) stuff that they had built elsewhere and paid for with currency exchanged under their yearly allowance (or paid to the bosses' Hong Kong company). Last week we tested a new export agent that will help drastically with all this, but it will be a few weeks until we can shift the shipping over to them.
Hit the stock button to add stock and control how backorders will function. Orders will substract from the stock and you'll get a notice each time. Apologies for the state of the product entry interface, it was knocked together and then just kinda dropped.
Honestly, I think the best option for selling PCBs is to share them. Yeah, most people don't need all 10pcs, but it's cheap enough. You can control the markup and flat fees, and we also chip in $1 for each order.

They are shipping that today, we just trained the office team how to use the shipping backend for fulfillment.

Thanks for the report. I will try to work it out, but the fulfillment system is far from a priority. I made it so Sjaak and Pax, who already ship through us, had an automated system. They don't really use it so it might be deprecated instead of repaired.
The old codes are still valid. I will replace the .csv list with a JSON feed in the API.

My sample piece came in yesterday. Great for a DirtyPCB service!
Shipping for fulfillment (0kg) works now.
I input two fulfullment orders this moment, separate for now (2nd order came just minutes after I input 1st). Will try to combine them in future, but I think no diff for you. Your order number only increases faster :)

I made an order of PCBs that will also need to be send through Fulfillment & shipping.
Due to Holidays, they will probably be available after 5th October.

Are PCB manufacturers producing exact number of pcs to order?
Please manage the stock
1. After SKU100180 was to my count 0 ("zero, non left, all gone").
2. I ordered production of new PCBs #3094 and placed them under SKU100194
3. Ordered first 2pcs of new order SKU but still received old SKU100180 PCB#2627
