Title: rush order problem

Hello! We are regular customers of dirty-pcb, we made a "rush order" but after six days the order is lying in hong-kong or did not start, can  you check it? the order is the # 2019837

Hey Davide, please write us an email about things like this in the future. It is super weird that you do this on the forum. I have to hear about this from a friend and then come on here and reply you.

Your order was processed rush. Order received on the 9th and shipped on the 12th. DHL takes 3-5 days. I just tracked your package, it was with delivery courier in VERONA - ITALY at 8:37, it is 17:04 now so probably nobody signed for it. If you receive this package within the next 12 hours then this delivery is a 4 day delivery+2 days(Sunday) boards making.
