Title: botched my order -- gerber files specify >10x10cm board

hi,

i did the $25 protopack deal for 10x10cm boards. my gerber files specify a 14x15cm board. just wanted to make sure this will be labeled as a problem and sent back to me for fixing

You have about 24 hours to upload new gerbers, after that it's hard to tell - I have had the board house bounce jobs.  Doesn't make the guys happy, once a person touches your order the 50c margin DP adds evaporates.

it's already sent to the board house. since it's so wildly out of spec for a 10x10 im hoping it'll come back and I can just reorder with the correct dimensions and pay the difference (about $25 more).

AFAIK pcb are sent out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday around 0900 china time.

In that case it may be worth submitting a ticket (if i could only find the URL for doing so)
