I'm having a similar problem with my order (placed on the 4th) and I've opened a ticket as well. In my case there hasn't been an excessive delay in responding to the ticket yet. From what I've read on the forum there was a site upgrade around the time my order was submitted so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with this.
I also have the same issue.
Usually when ordering I get my boards in about 10-14 days. This time I ordered and still nothing 2 weeks later on.
Tried contacting via the ticket system and still nothing.
Hey guys, there was a database problem. I thought I contacted everybody, I am checking it now. Sorry about it!
I'm super sorry, I botched the final major update when I went to hong Kong to supervise the backend rendering system working tthrough all the previously uploaded boards and 3d models. The extent was not apparent. Though we have backups it hasn't been possible to go to HK again to redo the whole process from scratch. Jin found an obvious way to recogize the broken orders and contacted people impacted. We thought we got them all.
We are also having a hard time finding these three orders and support tickets. Can you please post your order number to expedite handling?
Sorry again for the bugs. I have taken the new PCBs interface offline until we clear the remaining orders and fix the shipping status update.
What is the order number? I can't find it through your forum name. We(My team member JAM) has already pushed all the orders that lost files in the system to the board house already. I think what happened is that the board house found problems with them but didnt tell us about it. They do that sometimes....
Anyways, I need the order number and in the meanwhile, I will talk to the board house about it. SORRY AGAIN!
Cheers,
jin
Hi.
I have the same problem.
In production since March 9th, not shipped yet.
I tried contacting support - jin and help@dirtypcbs then, but got no reply.
My order number: 200975
Thanks.
Hi,
I'm also having the same problems...
Tickets & emails have gone unanswered...
Order#: 200966
PCB#: 200966, 1752
Date: March 7
Ticket Id: #171
Thanks,
Dan
EDIT: Just got an email about this. Thanks guys!
I still got no anwser...
I also opened a ticket but no replies.
My order number is 200934.
This has also happened to me.
Order No. 201064
Thanks!
I've also had the same with 200969.
If its not been manufactured yet then I'm happy to have it council as I've already re-designed the board a few times.
Store is now under construction so no ticket possible. #201067 has been 'processing' for 10 days. #201111 for almost a week. Boards I got elsewhere have already been shipped. It's good that you're trying but the ball has been dropped. Actually, ball seems to have been hit over the neighbor's fence, through a window and now the neighbor is on the front porch in his bathrobe yelling. Not sure I want to hit any more balls over in that direction without any status updates.
@peku33 We shipped your order today. Sorry about the delay.
Thanks everyone, we're responding as rapidly as we can. I'm really sorry for the issues, we are having a really hard time bringing up the new site. It seems like there are multiple levels of problems so the new site's pcb section is now offline until we clear these orders and fix the system. It also seems like some problems I've attributed to the site are actually delays at the PCB factory. They have slowed way down for some reason, Jin is on the phone with them now. If there continue to be delays we will close both sites until further notice.
Store is now under construction so no ticket possible.
This is simply not true. Support tickets are on your order status page and in no way related to the PCB section of the new site...

Look, I understand that having a forum gives you a public place rant, but this makes us feel really bad. You bought the cheapest PCBs on the internet, from a development site that warns multiple times that it won't be the same level of service as DirtyPCBs, Seeed Studio, or elsewhere. In fact boards at the dev site are even cheaper than dirtypcbs.com to compensate for these bumps along the way.
After 10 days, a long but not ungodly processing time, you come here and act like the sky is falling without even checking if you can post a support ticket? If it was a month and you had no reply to a ticket I could relate, this actually happened to a few people impacted by a database update bug and they still managed to be civil about it.
I botched an update of a site that is a work in progress. I apologize to everyone. Some orders where messed up and the support tickets became orphan records that didn't generate notices. We proactively wrote everyone we could identify, we missed a few. This is a one time event and we're working on it, in the mean time we are only allowing trusted users with VDP privileges enabled to order PCBs at the new site. If you want to continue using the dev site please reply to an order email and I'll do my best to enable access on your account.
Jin called MisterWizerd77 personally and refunded his order.
With all that said, I've noticed some other posters in this thread have had their order issues resolved, but I still haven't heard anything back about my two outstanding orders. Just a friendly reminder :)
Adding (general speaking) : if everyone is still gonna keep asking about status and keep escalating things (without being reasonable) the whole supportsystem will probably clog up and cause even more problems :)
