(this applies to the new dev site)
This is more of a heads up (and a feature request) that if you have non production items in an order (like pogo pins) your order will still show as "Order received" in the order list even if your PCBs get updated to "In Production" on your order sheet.
So if you think its taking a while for your boards to make it to the fab house, its worth checking the full order details page :)
Also, is the twitter bot not hooked up to the new site yet? Not gotten my tweets of happy pcb times!

I don't think it matters what you have on an order as I have one with a single design which is "In Production" but the status on the list of orders shows "Order received" for that one.
I also had one go backwards ("Order received" -> "In production" -> "Order received" -> "In production") - it would be nice to know if this was a problem with the site (which is fine) or one of the designs in which case I'd like to know what so I can try avoid doing it again in the future :).
You should be getting tweets, thanks for the heads up. Will check that one out. You should also be able to reply to tweets from the new site and they will be recorded in your order history :) Also reply by email seems to be pretty solid.
@burtyb - defo our problem. There were some bugs in the last major update and lots moving behind the scenes.

Probably would be a good idea to validate that field, looks like many people have inadvertently leaked their email to Twitter = lots of spam if it gets picked up by a bot. I guess you guys have bigger problems at the moment, but it's one to put on the back burner.
I haven't gotten any email or twitter updates with the new site, but the "order history" on the website says "in production" (if helps you diagnose it, the order number is 201076). I know the emails didn't go to spam, because I got the emails from the old website, and checked my spam folder as well. EDIT: raised a support ticket, got emails from that. Also got my pcbs today.
