Title: V-Groove and Routed Slot
Post by: opensourcery on March 21, 2016, 06:42:42 am
I see the new site has an option for v-groove and I have a few questions about it:

What layer (and gerber file) do I put the v-groove lines in?

Is it possible to have a board that has both v-grooves and routed slots? Something like the attached image. If so, how would I go about doing that?

Just curious, why would you conbine vgroove and slots that way? I would just choose slot or vgroove here.

Wanting to have nice smooth edges around my board and my layout isn't a rectangle so I can't v-groove around it all; I need some slots put in too.
