Title: Altera ACEX 1K Read and write

How can I read content from ALTERA ACEX ep1k30tc144-1n and write on new empty PLD

I have print board with CMOS sensor  hamamatsu photonics 
they do not manufacture this boards any more :(

Afaik you connot readback an cpld. You can ask the guys at openocd.org for help as they know all the stuff about programming cplds. Or in the openocd section here.
