Have you read it? Gues not.. That topic doesnt mention email at all. It asks to make a ticket.
Go to the site find your order and make a supportticket there.

Go to http://dev.dangerousprototypes.com (http://dev.dangerousprototypes.com), go to shop, status, then you'll get a list of orders, scroll a bit down and find the create ticket option. Should be selfexplanatory.
For dirtypcbs.com go to the contact page you mentioned and scroll all the way down and there is your emailaddress where you can send an email too..

you didnt tell on which site you made the order and my crystal has broken down.. I gave you the two possible way to get support.
Assuming you send the emails after my response I think you should give the people a bit time to repond (lets say 24 hour). Hammering their mailbox with the same question over and over again wouldnt help much and will slow down the process not only for you.

Hey man, you placed the order on the old site not the dev site. You used Hong Kong Airmails as a shipping method. You don't get tracking numbers for it. :P
