Hi guys, thanks for the great work!
One problem we have is that our files (Labcenter Proteus) are Gerbers in .txt format. For each order we have to send emails to Jin to send them through to the board house as they get kicked out in the order. We get our boards OK but this slows down our boards and takes Jin's time. Could you figure a way to accept our txt files so we can just submit them as we order two to three time a month.

Err... why don't you just rename them? As long as they are indeed gerber files that simply have a .txt file extension, just change the file extension before you zip them. From the Dirty PCBs info, these are the extensions they are looking for (and what I rename my DipTrace generated gerbers to).
GTO Top Silkscreen (text)
GTS Top Soldermask (the 'green' stuff)
GTL Top Copper (conducting layer)
GBL Bottom Copper
GBS Bottom Soldermask
GBO Bottom Silkscreen
GML/GKO/GBR* Board Outline*
TXT Routing and Drill (the holes and slots)
*Required
Thanks for the reply. I did that but after reading your post I went backed and checked. I found the edge wasn't showing up so I redid the files and added an edge, they were accepted!

Well that didn't last!
One set of boards went through, the other set didn't see the GBR no matter what I did or do I can't get it to see the board edge. My Gerber viewer shows the board edge but I've used all three edge extensions with no luck.
All help appreciated.

OK, here's what I did and found.
I had to duplicate my design, delete everything but the board edge, move the board edge slightly and rename it with the GBR extension. If I didn't change the edge slightly from the original I got a "no board edge" error.
Now I can get my boards in, hopefully they will be right when I get them!
