Title: User experiences from order support lately?

Are there any users around here that have recieved order support to their emails sent during the last 14 days?
I haven't and hence I suspect they're quite busy and sending more will just increase their work load.
What was the time to reply?
Please share your experience. Is it better to use the "dev shop support ticket"?

As far as I know all support emails are being answered, however we have had literally more than 100 people write/file paypal disputes for orders placed during the Spring Festival period so it is totally possible it fell through the cracks. I'm very sorry if that happened, please write us again.

I got the rendering cluster up and running on the new site, and eagle->gerber is working. We will close the old site ASAP so we can push everyone on the new support ticket system. Support at this volume by email is crazy.
