Hi Everyone
I spent today making a laser cut case for my OBLS:

You can see a writeup of how i did it, and download the source files to cut your own at http://thinkl33t.co.uk/?p=316 (http://http://thinkl33t.co.uk/?p=316)
I like the case - perfect for anyone who will use the 16 buffered channels only.
Thanks for sharing the pictures, the write-up of how you built the case and the design files :)
Great case, I'll post this up :)
Nice work!
Can we have something for case making? I'm not able to stuff my OLS in my "hacking pouch" as it is sitting in the anti-static bag it came in. I put my BP in a Maxim IC case with reference card glued on top of the case. 3 different connection cables in zip lock pouches and also some jumpers in another one. I even threw in some female-female jumper cables but my OLS is missing. :(
Really nice! also cool the files are downloadable!
I also made one, also in a Fablab (Utrecht, Netherlands) :)

Great case ... and thanx for sharing the design file and your experience with the OLS on your blog.
Is your design based on parag0n's design or did you start from scratch ...?
Great case, thanks for sharing! I'll post it up today.

I did draw my own case just from scratch, and about a month ago and made it in a Fablab. It's really great to have this custom :) case for it because its way better protected this way and I can take it anywhere and just drop it in my bag!
Friend of mine has laser cutter so I sent him your files, but forgot to tell him that case needs to be transparent and he made glossy black. Because LED's were not visible I drilled holes and filled them with clear epoxy... Then I did the same with bus pirate case I also had to paint inside of bus pirate case with marker into black to stop some of the light going through the white plastic...

btw I'm totally hooked up to dangerous prototypes and seeed studio... I'm just missing IR toy in my arsenal :)
Very nice! Thanks for the pictures.
I'm comparing case designs and there are some nice ones here! I think I'm going to come up with a hybrid as I would like to have access to the clock and trig pins for connection to external equipment. I'd like to take a look at the .dxf file for the jjshortcut case, but the link on the blog appears to be inactive. Can anyone provide an alternate link, or a copy, of the jjshortcut .dxf file? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
