Within PCB Layout I did
both times with default settings.

After uploading the board order thingy complains with "Board outline not found in GML/GBR/GKO file." but my ZIP has a BoardOutline.gbr and is in production when I woke up this morning.

So I'm exited what will come out of this...

Addendum: I just noticed that I ordered at the "dev store", so this note is wrong here.... me so sorry.

Had the same problem the last days. If zipping on a Mac try remove/omit the hidden resource files.
