I'm using the 64-bit 1.2.2 drivers from [FTDI WEBSITE]
Cross-posted on the UrJTAG forum on Sourceforge.

Device shows up in system_profiler:

Code: [Select]
USB:

    USB 3.0 Bus:

      Host Controller Driver: AppleUSBXHCISPT
      PCI Device ID: 0xa12f
      PCI Revision ID: 0x0031
      PCI Vendor ID: 0x8086

        Dual RS232-HS:

          Product ID: 0x6010
Vendor ID: 0x0403  (Future Technology Devices International Limited)
          Version: 7.00
          Speed: Up to 480 Mb/sec
          Manufacturer: FTDI
          Location ID: 0x14600000 / 56
          Current Available (mA): 1000
          Current Required (mA): 500
          Extra Operating Current (mA): 0

Chip is XC2C64A. All attempts to use 'cable' command fail:

Code: [Select]
jtag> cable ft2232 vid=0x0403 pid=0x6010
Couldn't connect to suitable USB device.
Error: Cable connection failed!
jtag> cable jtagkey vid=0x0403 pid=0x6010
Couldn't connect to suitable USB device.

Tried specifying interface=0-5, tried leaving vid/pid out etc. During the configuration stage of the UrJTAG install, the low-level driver for ftd2xx seemed to be picked up:

Code: [Select]
jtag is now configured for

Running OSX 10.11.2 on iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015). Goal is SWD debugging a Freescale mcu from a Mac without buying an overpriced J-link segger interface.
