Is Open Bench Logic Sniffer and Logic Pirate is there any difference?

Logic Pirate:
Low speed (40MHz max?)
Low channel count (4 or 8?)
Stupid name that prevents corporate purchase by many companies
Cheaper
256K deep buffer

Logic Sniffer:
Not much buffer, but somewhat mitigated by RLE capture mode
So-so name that is corporate purchasable after some begging
High speed (200MHz max)
High channel count (32)
Complex trigger capability

Purchasing dept unwilling to buy anything that remotely sounds illegal.  They aren't willing to discuss it either.
