I spun a prototyping cape (http://http://smokedprojects.blogspot.com/2014/02/proto-cape-for-beaglebone.html) for the BeagleBone/Black.

The design is derived from the LGX Proto Cape created by Alexander Hiam for LGX / Logic Supply and released under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License. I removed the SMD component footprints, which seemed superfluous to me, and cut back the "wings" on the side to make the cape shorter.
I have some spares listed on Tindie (http://https://www.tindie.com/products/t0mpr1c3/proto-cape-for-beaglebone/) but have been known to trade PCBs or even give away the occasional freebie. PM me and tell me about your project :)

I gave out a freebie yesterday. Just sayin' :)
I discovered that this design doesn't work completely as I had intended because it partially overlaps header P6 on the original (white) BeagleBone. It should work fine on the BeagleBone Black which doesn't have header P6. Time to order version 2!
Do you want to do a board swap? How about a DP designed xQFP proto board? or an Adafruit designed pi proto plate? Will be 2 weeks before I can send anything (I live in Canada).

Sure, I'll send a PM.
These are turning out to be popular! I'm doing a new version with mounting holes that will be ready in a couple of weeks.
The new version will look a bit like this:
