Hallo ,
How stabil is the +5V rail of the ATX PSU to be feed into uC in regards of taking ADC measurement.
Since i will be using internal Vref for ADC measurement.
p/s:Has anyone tried to use the breakout board for stepper motor?

For maximum stability I would use the +12 and a 5volt linear regulator. I imagine the +5 of most PSUs is pretty clean, enough for a PC, but it needs a good load to be super stable.

If you're using the internal vref as the reference for the ADC the stability of the vcc shouldn't matter. The vref is by definition a stable reference and is not particulary affcted by variations of the vcc.
Since this is an old thread i have solved my problem. I used the method mentionend by ian, using the 12V rail and scale it down to 5v
