I have a fairly neat idea for a project this year. However, since I'm fairly short on time at the moment I will probably not be able to participate in the competition by myself. However, a colleague is also interested in this competition, and between ourselves we can probably find enough time to finish the project in time for the deadline.
Therefore we are wondering whether we are allowed to enter the competition with a project where more than one person has been involved?

The aim of the competition is to be able to have as many participate as possible, and to share and promote open source hardware.
we(Dangerous prototypes and the judges/sponsors) want everyone involved to have fun and be able to submit an entry, if that means a group entry is what it takes to get it done - GO FOR IT.
