It is funny that there are no entries yet after two weeks. I guess everybody is busy making funny and brilliant stuff.
I will be competing again this year too (busy with a new design), so at least one entry will come in ;-).
Good luck to all of you and especially, have fun!

PS, don't forget those decoupling capacitors :-D
Bertho,
Glad to hear from another contestant!
If I remember correctly, most of last year's entries came in during the last few days of the competition.
I just finished with the breadboard prototyping of my entry and am moving on to construction, but I expect with a busy schedule it'll take me quite some time to get it done. Additionally, I know of at least one, and maybe two, other intended contestants personally.
Looking forward to seeing your entry,
Nato
I'm planning to materialize my idea for contest too.
As usual, deadline will be good motivation.
This year's contest caught me by surprise. I didn't expect the 7400 competition to be a yearly event.
Now, if I knew that in advance, I could have started earlier!
We have had about 5 entries by the form that aren't in the forum :) They are trickling in already. A couple people had stuff ready from last year that didn't work out in time and they turned them in on the day of the announcement.

Are you going to put them on the front page again? I'm liked the continuing updates from last year to see peoples work.

Yes, they will go up soon. Wanted to get a bit of a back log so we can maintain the rate of 1 per day for the rest of the contest.
