Title: FT2232H eeprom

how to program the eeproms that comes with the breakboard, is there a utility to program it trough the ft2232h or i can use it to 480mbps rate,  without using the external eeprom,

You can use FT_PROG 2.6.8 - EEPROM Programming Utility from FTDI's website:

Most modes are available without the EEPROM though.
