Title: programming error

Hi,
I am very new to cpld world. I have digilent JTAG HS1 Programming Cable and dangerous prototypes XC2C64A CoolRunner
I am trying to program the tutorial files with ISE.
I can connect to the cable. I can boundry scan and find the cpld. I can erase it or get the id with success. but when I right clicked and select program it fails with this log. I try it both with win7 64 bit and win xp 32bit

Hi Nuri,

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with that programmer. I did a quick search and it looks like they should be compatible. Do you have any other chips to test? Maybe the CPLD is damaged, in which place we will be happy to replace it.

Thanks for your kind offer. The CPLD is ok. I programed the jed file not with the IMPACT but digilent's Adept software. So I know cpld and the programmer works well. I am still do not know what is the real problem is.

check for ISE version compatible with XC2C64 or not.....
