Title: What version of Eagle is used?
Post by: Markus Gritsch on February 26, 2010, 03:08:12 pm
Hi Ian,

I downloaded the web-platform.v0a.zip.  When I open DP-webplatformv1c.brd in Eagle 5.6.0, lots of the ground area seems to be missing, even if I enable all layers.  I also noticed that instead of the vector font a proportional one is used.  I also downloaded and tried Eagle 5.7.0, but the result is the same.  Here is what it looks like on my screen: http://xile.org/le/DP-webplatformv1c.pdf (http://xile.org/le/DP-webplatformv1c.pdf)

Kind regards,
Markus

And do you think the vector font issue is caused by using a more recent version of Eagle?

I'm not 100% sure about the font, but I believe there is a global setting in eagle for it under options->user interface.

As always, you are right, Ian.  Thank you very much.  Sorry for asking such newbie-questions, I am doing my best to get rolling with Eagle...

The filled polygons generated with ratsnest can be reverted with the command:

ripup @ *;
