Title: Cheap red/black LCD test

We bought a couple different LCDs to try. The is a 16x2 red/black one from eBay. It cost about $5 I think. I was worried it actually used a negative backlight voltage contrary to the description, but it works fine in the Bus Pirate LCD adapter. This will probably go in the Soldering iron driver.

that looks great, i have a 2x40 on the way to replace the one on my pc status display(homemade lcd backpack)

i have a few 1x16 i will use with the iron driver.
