You make some great etched PCBS. Im still awaiting my mouser order to build the PIC programmer you sent me. Other then that step up converter I got all the parts needed.
You should consider getting some of that paint or paper that turns the PCB green (or other colors) and protects it from the elements.
like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PCB-UV-Curable- ... 568wt_1163 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/PCB-UV-Curable-Solder-Mask-Repairing-Paint-Green-10cc-/270815410868?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f0ddb3ab4#ht_568wt_1163)
but it also comes in a lamination paper; i think you either run it through a laminator or prolly hot air too would work. Then if you got that; I think you could prolly SMD soldier easier; I think that stuff is soldier resist and you like cover the pads with light resistance whatever when curing.
If you ever decide to do a SEEED prototype on somthing pretty cool let me know; perhaps we could go 50/50 and split the PCBs (cause its a min of 10 or somthing)
