BusPirate is not responding. Attempting reset.
After that nothing happens and the COM port is hung by AVRDUDE, and I cant use terminal for talking to BP until I reconnect BP to USB.
Upgrade to the latest version of the buspirate.
There is an issue with the reset command, somewhere in version 5 we added a question asking the user to confirm if he really want to reset. AVRdude can't cope with that, so Ian decided to remove the question in the latest firmware version.

I already have FW5.3 and BL4.4
v5.10 is fine and has the avrdude fix.
