Ok, here's my entry: I'm gonna make a common SNES-compatible controller built with only 74xx-like parts, no microcontroller/software.
I'm doing that because it will be fun, it's a pretty classic controller and maybe I'll be able to play Rock n' Roll Racing out of it. I know you will be able to buy a snes controller cheaper than you'll build your own but you know... You have not made it!
In fact, if anyone ever reproduce my controller and is within 150ms from me, please contact me for a Rock n' Roll Racing extravaganza. I hope I can find the snes-to-parallel adapter that I used to have...
It will be BSD licensed, so you can really do whatever you want.
I don't have a blog or anything like, so I'll keep posting here.

150ms? I.e. 150 millisecond ping time? 150 meters? :-)
