Hey, I tried to scan the code with my Windows Phone 7 and it failed to detect the QR code =[
It has successfully scanned all the codes on Hackaday's article and random ones from Google image.

Maybe your Windows Phone 7 hate when there is too many errors because on my Android 2.3.4/2.3.6 with Nexus S it is well recognized.
