This is one of the first projects I have ever made. I have partially broken radio earmuffs (radio doesn't work well) and partially broken mp3 player (vol-up smd-button missing). One day I decided to join them. I don't have pictures yet and it maybe won't be pretty, but it it works, I'm happy.
I don't have any idea what buttons I should use to control the player. I looked through Digikey catalog and it didn't help. There are so many choices and I only need few normally open, somewhat waterproof buttons which are easy to mount on curved plastic. I looked at Dealextreme too, but they seem to have only clicky flashlight switches.
If someone knows what to seek for or where, it helps a lot.
