Title: Important bug fix PIC firmware v2.5

I noticed a bug in the OLS firmware where the PIC and FPGA could both try to control the ROM CS pin at the same time during the self-test.

The attached firmware v2.5 corrects this issue.

This is an important bug fix, and it's important that you upgrade your OLS right away.

No problems have been reported, but please update right away.
