Title: Merged MIDI into UART
Post by: ian on October 19, 2009, 05:38:33 pm
I'll post something about this tomorrow, but I've merged MIDI into the UART library. Basically what that means is there's now a MIDI speed option in the UART library and I removed the dedicated MIDI option.

This saved a bit of space, and saves me a ton of effort maintaining the recently updated UART code. Also, I don't think anyone has ever used this mode. There's also a MIDI option in the new binary UART mode (31250bps).

Thanks for the heads up. Please let me know if there's any MACROs or other MIDI mode features that would be helpful. I think the new binary modes will open up a lot of possibilities for fun stuff using scripts.
