Title: Can Bus pirate do this

Hi everyone out their,
                                I have a NXP microcontrollers TDA 9381 blank and the master programmed IC which has program I would need to copy hex file.Can this be done using Bus Pirate, I have the programmer which has the ability to write.These chips are base on II2C technology of nxp. Any way would wuld really help me
