Web platform / TCP/IP Stack v5.36.2 Demo
I have attached a working hex file for the web platform SD Card webserver compiled with C30 v3.30b using TCPIP/IP stack v5.36.2. It has been running non-stop serving pages to two clients for a week without any issues.

* ENC28J60.c was modified to enable the SD Card LED when reading from the card.
* Email demo works for unencrypted SMTP connections.
* IP address hard coded as 192.168.1.73.

Bear in mind that many countries and telcos are turning off their 2G networks to free up spectrum, some from the end of 2016 (eg Australia, AT&T USA) and others in 2017 (eg Singapore).
