Bus Pirate Support / which compiler
Hi,

i decided to download the source and see if i could add my 1-wire chip id's myself.

i have downloaded the v2 source file and loaded into MPLAB fine. edited the file as i think it needs.
When i hit the make button i got a "Couldn't locate build tool.  Check tool locations." message.

i checked the MPLAB install options and i have everything ticked.

I was wondering whatr compiler you are using ? hope fully once i have that i can work out where to point the project to the compiler.

thanks again

Peter

Bus Pirate Support / Re: Firmware v2.0 + self test
thanks for doing that so quick.
now i just need to wait for the next compile

Since your going to redo the demo's anyway. you might want to add a small part about using the pullup on the v2go as i havnt been able to get it to work yet. im using an external 4.7k resistor atm

also, any chance of adding the extra 1-wire device descriptions from the list?

i am using some ds1820 and ds18B20's atm and both are unknown.

Bus Pirate Support / Re: Getting started
Just had a quick read of that, nice work, and thinking back i may have turned off flowcontrol on hyperterm as well.

Does the bus pirate use Xon-Xoff or just no flowcontrol?

Hack a Day projects / Updated software
I was wondering if anyone has any updated software for this.

I would love to be able to do more with this. from memory there were two subroutines that allowed clicking on the webpage to run routines. it would be great if they were working for someone. i was lookign at it at one stage but i didnt get to far.

thanks again

Peter
