Hello, I'm very new to all of this and know almost nothing, so I need some walking through at a very basic level. I've gotten everything successfully set up and can send codes manually by clicking the button in WinLIRC and it works great. However, the instructions on scripting commands totally losses me. Can someone give me an example of text I could put in a .bat file in windows that would execute pressing the "Power" button?
edit: I downloaded Hercules, and under the Serial tab chose my COM and can successfully "open". Now I'm stuck, trying to send the various commands like SEND_ONCE or VERSION but not seeing anything happen.
