I've been using Winlirc and IRtoy for quite a while without problem with windows 7 32 bits. I have upgraded to windows 7 64 bits and I am now unable to communicate with winlirc via tcp. Winlirc is working alright but will not listen to my tcp command. I tested it at work with win7 32 bits and it's working fine. I even suspect the driver (version 5.1.2600) to be the problem of my BSOD.
Could someone post the link of the correct CDC driver. I really have a hard time to find it on the website.
I've been testing the Irtoy to send Sony IR code with winlirc and it's working great. Now I would like to send Dishnetwork receiver code. I have changed the carrier frequency (56K) in the cfg file and put all the right codes for the buttons. The Irtoy is transmitting the right codes (verified with Irscope and Irwidget) but is still sending the 38Khz carrier frequency instead of 56Khz as stated in the cfg file. Can the carrier frequency be changed ? I am using the latest firmware v09.

I just made the irtoy (through hole version).I've programmed the PIC18F2550 with the pickit3 using firmware v09.I've checked the clock and all the connections and everything seems fine.I'm using windows xp pro french.When I connect the Irtoy, I get a message from windows saying USB Device Not Recognized.The circuit is drawing about 30 mA.
