Sorry for the delay. I have 1.5 MB of memory in XP machine and I don't think that it is the cause. However I run the client in a Win7 laptop and it worked like a breeze. Seems I have to reistall XP ;)

When I try to run the Jawis-OLS-client I get this error message: Could not create the Java virtual machine. I have installed the latest Java runtime. OS is Win XP. Same error occurs with ols ver 0307 and 0308. What Am I doing wrong????

Excelent tool. I was afaraid to upgrade, seemed too complicated to me, until I tried your tool. Everything went ok, PIC & FPGA firmware were upgraded without a sinlge problem. Use Win XP. Many many thanks
