Need to resolder Q10 & 11 and measure the resistance of ID line ( from resistors of the test connector to R24 ) it should be less than 1 Ohm ( if you can measure it ) Show us the calibration screen with test resistors connected after that.
Do you mean with Removed Q10/11 we need to have 1Ohm from R24 to ID end of the connector? Without desoldering them I have 0.70Ohm
They did not have IPD053N08N3GA in stock so I got IRFS7787 in a bigger TO-263 package and Frankenstein them into the board. But that is voltage line should not affect measurements right?
It's not the prettiest one, but chip shortage tripled the cost and created massive delays and headaches to bring this project to a half done stage
No oscilloscope unfortunately. Never had the need for one. Probably time for one.
Have a signal processor. If you tell me where to probe can prove on. Will order these 0.1% today to ensure that's not the reason. Resoldered all chips on front, couldn't find any loose solder
Cost of this build with genuine nano tweezers and iron start reaching half of nase2. Trying to justify spending more on it.
Ah, I was looking at an older commit of the schematic.
I get 2.07V on ID and can trace ID all the way back to MCU pin 30. But R24 1K 0.1% looks more like a 1% resistor. Could that be the cause? Would it be that sensitive to it?
I want to add JBC NT115 nano handle and AN115 nanotweezers with an option to have them both connected at the same time and switch between them. How can I achieve this? I believe it is designed to use one side for vout1 for iron 1 and vout 2 for iron 2, by swapping the iron sockets
Additionally, I got these hooks for the JBC station which I am hoping to be my touch sensing. I got boards for Dual_Touch Sensing old v1.2 mini_2,54 and will populate them. But I am a bit unclear of how to connect all?
Finally got the ADC and seems to manage to calibrate it I think. I have soldered the ID resistors for C115 - VOut1- >3K > ID < 1K < VOut2- , but still says No Instrument with and without N115 soldering iron.
