Looks decent, does it keep the solder on the tip. Do they have good choice of tips. Can you please share the shop?
The solder holds perfectly. I stopped using the braid to remove the solder, clear the excess solder with a tips.

What fuse is required?

The Github page says, that i dont need the Mosfets Q14, Q15, Q16, Q18, Q19, Q21, Q22 (IRLML6401)
dont need the Q15, Q17, Q20, R29, D17.

Can you Please check if R43, 46, 47, 51 corresponds to their values?
R43, 46, 47, 51 precision resistance 0.1% 25ppm. Assembled the third controller nothing has changed.
I will look for another transformer 12V AC.

We cannot predict the behavior of firmware
I suspect the faulty pic32, interesting identical behavior on two boards.
I checked the boards on two transformers, but to be sure I will check on another 12v transformer.
