Project logs / Re: Really universal soldering controller
Unisolder issues error 511 and sensor open mainly if it is not calibrated or the resistance detection circuits, and in our case, the soldering iron cartridge is faulty, I think until the voltage map appears on the circuit and there is no clear step-by-step description of the board calibration check setting, the forum will grow at least 1000 pages  and finding something in it will be a waste of time

Wow, this looks nice but still, I hate the idea of using relays thanks, guys.

Honestly, I have been working on that version with a bunch of wires for two years and I can’t get enough of how this miracle can work so harash, everything was done on the fly from what was at hand and initially there were large bursts as seen in the video, but this is only a picture, in fact  In fact, the instrument did not heat up so much, the station was not yet correctly tuned and calibrated, there was simply no inventor of the unisolder at that time and I did it as best I could, but after Sparky returned to the forum, everything fell into place and even that heap of wires is not an obstacle to the operation of the instrument,  while the new version is unfinished, I am satisfied and work perfectly with four channels of instruments almost simultaneously.

This is how it will look in the near future. And a small amendment, the guy who thought of this from Ukraine plus another from Belarus who helped to realize the idea in the form of a beautiful board with atmega 2560 control.

For especially gifted people, I suggest that the whole forum make a flash mob - if you don’t write in English then smoke nervously on the sidelines and you don’t receive any answers to your questions and suggestions until you respect all the people who are here and that’s all, I PLEASE SUPPORT ME ALL

The problem can also be constructive, if you tighten the sleep sensor board to the body harder, then the probability is high that gnd and the body will close and then the swing begins with the search for the unknown

Perhaps so, but it works for me at two different stations, although I don’t know how long it will last, but the fact that after replacing I did not feel anything except how the problem with replacing 605x was gone, and all of this is at the stations that are in semi-automatic mode for switching the instrument, one for two 115x,  tweezers and a soldering iron, the second has dr560, 245, 120 tweezers, 210 soldering iron

I suspect faulty Q1 FZT605.

For experiments, I advise you to put any field operator N channel 60v 20a instead of the 605th, I have installed and have not passed for a long time since I have already replaced the 605x until I have achieved the result, but after replacing it with a field operator, everything works like a clock and no problems

Guys who will tell you, on previous versions of this project there are no problems and everything is compiled, a lot of errors come out on the Paschal, maybe there is some trick about which I am not yet familiar

Hi, first of all, thank you very much for opening the source project, and then I would like to ask if you can update support for JBC470 and HAKKO T22. I am looking forward to your update of JBC470
What prevents you from simply inserting the 470th sting into the 245th handle, I checked it and it works great, although it does not heat up at full power, but the sting has a different heat capacity and it also plays a little role.

I tried it at two different stations with different transformers and all of them have the same thing - the power increases when heating starts, it is visible and immediately goes to sleep, both transformers have factory windings and a very small divergence in the parameters
