Hi Ian, the invoice i printed reports : DEV-201115 PCB #896 date 2016-03-21 18:13:13 The transaction number is 6MP53596YV243810D. The paypal email i received to confirm payment of 31$ reports "DangerousPrototypes Payment Order #201115" and also "Merchant order number 1075".

I made an order on the new site. I have the invoice and order number but i did not find any reference in the status page. Could you check that ?. Let me know if i can post the order number here or use other channels.
Unfortunately i registered "after" the order so accessing the website with my credentials the status pages does no report anything. About the email. I only have an email from Paypal that confirm my payment to Where Labs LLC. it reports the Order number but there is no link to a status page.
Hello, i made an order for a PCB using PayPal, then i registered on the site. However when i login in my orders i do not find any order even if the registration mail is the same used for paying the PCB order using paypal.
I printed the invoice so i have the transaction number but i was unable to find in the website any reference to my order entered. What to do ?
