Thanks Jin It could be that I opened the ticket through DP store. Don't remember. I've also noticed that the dirtypcbs.com seems better to use. I'm glad to here that your still in business as usual. I've recieved payment for all share credits from 2015-2016 and that's fine for me. Credits from 2017 is in the MyWallet and I might still want to use them for my future dirtypcb orders. A bug report: The list of "30 most recent orders" on My Store Dashboard is incorrect and not corresponding to e.g. My shared PCBs & 3D prints, credits and email notifications.
My question is about the share credits and wheter there's still ability for cash transfers like before with the old site. I posted my question as a general one in this thread: http://http://dangerousprototypes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=7888 I also opened a ticket for the specific order and question. And, I also wrote an email to crew members who have helped me earlier in such matters (Jin and Ian). This was 7 weeks ago. Together with a very low forum activity, few news etc, I was worried that something bad was going on. If you say there's still full activity, I'll try to contact again.
Are there any crew members still around? I can't see activity from Ian since almost 6 months. Are there any users here reading this and who's got support lately by any channel? If so, how and when? I can see people sending orders of my share and haven't heard of any complaints which is good. I start getting a little worried though and would appreciate a sign of life.
Hm, it's been a while since last time I looked in here. Share credits have increased. Now I can't find any wallet payout feature. Is it still done only by manual requests via ticket/message/email ?
What will happen to the share credit/refund service and the share counts from the old site? I have quite a few not yet claimed at the old site (minding your support load). What do I need to do to 1. Get the current amount before the old site is closed? 2. Keep the board available to order from the new site? 3. Be able to follow up the number of shares from the new site? 4.9 Get credit/cash transfer from the new site? I haven't ordered anything from the new site yet, so maybe there's some more info about these things when you do.
Are there any users around here that have recieved order support to their emails sent during the last 14 days? I haven't and hence I suspect they're quite busy and sending more will just increase their work load. What was the time to reply? Please share your experience. Is it better to use the "dev shop support ticket"?
Hi and thanks for the new forum and everything, which is great! I'd like to know your support status at the moment regarding order related emails. I've sent one myself 1-2 weeks ago and since I've read about your heavy load and general struggle, I'm quite afraid of adding on to that by sending more. In general, I think some published estimate of reply times could prevent a lot repeated emails. I haven't seen any info, but my guess is that you have a backlog of emails the answer, after the Chinese New Year? How old emails are you replying at this point?
