I wonder concepts.

I'm confused.

Is SPI(Serial Peripherial Interface) and Serial Flash Memory is the same term (meaning)?

I am using the router is operating with only Serial Flash Memory(winbond 25q128fvsg).

However, there is no other router serial Flash Memory.

Uses NAND Flash Memory.

What is the Serial Flash Memory with NAND Flash Memory difference?

I require two 3.3V pin is.

Bus Pirate is 3.3V pin is not the only one.

However, Bus Pirate is only one is 3.3V PIN.

I use a breadboard?

Or are there any other way?

I have been using router has failed.

 I would like to proceed with the SPI memory dump.

And I have connected to the SPI memory in the router board using the Bus Pirate.

Do I have to connect power to the router board?

Bus Pirate do you only need to connect a power source?
