Web platform / Ethernet communication platform

Trying to implement a communication platform which works as an agent between the PC and FGPA. TCP/IP stack need to be implemented for this. please help me with a c code to implement tcp/ip stack. and a vhdl implementation for the physical layer(ethernet)

HI,
I am trying to implement an ethernet communication platform in xilinx fpga spartan3e500. For that i have to configure the gpio pins and then have to implement tcp/ip stack. can you help me witha c source code to configure gpio pins and for tcp/ip stack.
